We are based in Marietta and we work a tight radius on purpose. A hauling crew that drives an hour each way cannot offer same-day pickups or come back the same afternoon for a forgotten item. Staying inside Cobb County and the closest edge of Fulton County is what lets us keep quotes fast and scheduling tight.
It also means we know the area. Older neighborhoods around downtown Marietta and Smyrna often mean tighter driveways and more careful truck placement. Newer subdivisions out in East Cobb and Kennesaw tend toward larger single-family cleanouts. And commercial corridors along Austell and Mableton bring more construction and business debris.
Cobb County
Our home county and the bulk of our work. Marietta itself covers an enormous range of jobs, from single-item pickups near the Square to full cleanouts in the surrounding neighborhoods. We also cover West Cobb and Powder Springs on the west side, and the northern corridor through Kennesaw and Acworth.
South Cobb and the Fulton County edge
South of I-285 we work Smyrna, Vinings, Austell and Mableton. On the eastern edge we extend into Roswell and Sandy Springs for larger jobs, since both border East Cobb closely enough to stay on our normal route.
Why the radius is deliberately tight
We get asked regularly whether we will drive to Atlanta proper, Douglasville or Cartersville. Usually the answer is no for a small pickup, and the reason is scheduling. A crew that spends an hour driving each way cannot hold same-day availability, and same-day is one of the things Marietta customers value most about calling us instead of a national franchise.
Staying inside Cobb County and the closest Fulton County communities also keeps our quote turnaround under an hour and makes genuine same-day service possible rather than aspirational. It is a smaller footprint than we could technically cover, and it is the reason we can actually do what we say.

No. Every community on our service area list is on our normal route, so the price you are quoted is the price you pay whether you are in downtown Marietta or Sandy Springs. Outside the list, we will tell you honestly whether the drive works for your job size before quoting.
Quotes usually happen within an hour anywhere in the service area. For the work itself, single-item and small pickups are typically same-day, and full cleanouts run a few days out. Roswell and Sandy Springs sometimes run a little longer simply because of drive time.
Not routinely. For a large multi-load cleanout it is worth a phone call regardless of distance, but for single items and small pickups you will get faster, better-priced service from a company based closer to you.
Yes, regularly. We are used to coordinating gate codes and any HOA rules on curb placement or truck access. Mention your community when you call so we can plan the visit properly.
No. Pricing is driven by how much truck space your items take, not by your ZIP code. A half-load costs the same in Kennesaw as it does in Smyrna. Difficult access — long carries, multiple flights of stairs — can add to any job anywhere.
Yes, and after a significant storm we run priority scheduling for it across all twelve communities. We triage by urgency rather than geography, so a driveway blocked by a fallen limb gets seen before routine pickups.
Marietta, East Cobb and Kennesaw are our highest-volume areas simply due to population and housing stock, but pricing, scheduling and service quality are identical everywhere on our list.
Often yes, from a phone description or texted photos, and that is frequently enough to book with confidence. Larger or more complex cleanouts sometimes benefit from a quick in-person look so we can judge access and volume accurately.

Yes, both for individual residents and for property managers handling unit turnovers. We coordinate with leasing offices on access and can invoice the management company directly where that is the arrangement.
